He graduated from Concordia Senior College in I968 with a BA in Music and later in 1972 earned an M.Div. degree from Concordia Seminary in Illinois. He is married to Susan with two married children. Christian Education

Sun. 18 Aug, 2019 9:15 am - 10:15 am

Sunday School

During the Sunday education hour (9:15 - 10:15 am), children's Sunday school is offered for Pre-K through lower elementary, and upper elementary through middle school students. Our teachers provide Bible story education, activities and prayer time. The middle and high schoolers engage through Bible study.

Sunday School Classes begin at 9:15am:

Nursery opens at 9am (main floor-south door entrance-canopy extension)

Pre-Kindergarten through 2nd grade students will meet together for opening in Rooms 206/207 and then break into two separate groups for lessons.

Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students will remain in Rooms 206/207

1st and 2nd grade students will move to Room 212

3rd through middle school students will meet in Room 208

Adult Bible Study

Adult Bible study is held Sunday morning between services at 9:30, in Acker Hall on the lowest level. The program is typically focused on the day's church readings (pericope), and includes both small group discussion and pastor-led Scripture lessons. On occasion, other topical studies are held, and some are led by visiting pastors or missionaries, or a lay leader.

More information about the current Bible Study, please visit the Bible Study page here.
