Even in the cold, construction continues at Pacific Hills. The vestibule and main entry details continue to be refined. Work on the outside looks different with a perspective from the temporary work room upstairs. And a view from the north side of the narthex shows framing for the interior vestibule doors going in.
Meanwhile, the new elevator in the education wing is going in! It is larger and more useful for today’s needs. Finishes are consistent with the finishes in the rest of the facility. And remember the old, heavy, wooden coat room doors? Gone. The wider area is more open for better use.
“It’s the little things,” it is said. There are LOTS of “little things” going into this project. We may not see them when all the renovations are complete, but they will sure make a big difference in how we use the space to continue to Share Christ + Serve Others.
